Plain-English terms.

The purchase

One payment buys a license to use Campaign Familiar for as long as you like, updates included. It's for you and your table's prep, on your machines, so please don't resell or redistribute the app itself.

The subscription

The optional subscription powers AI generation and nothing else. Cancel anytime; the app and your database keep working without it. If the service ever winds down, the sunset promise applies.

A founder seat includes AI Power for 90 days from purchase. That clock starts on your own purchase date, not on a shared launch date. When the 90 days end, generation needs the optional subscription, held at founder-for-life pricing: $5/mo Companion or $10/mo Power. The app and your database keep working either way.

Your content

Everything you put into the app, and everything it drafts for you, is yours. I claim no rights over your campaign.

Imported material

When you import a document, you represent that you have the right to do so, and that you are not barred from making a copy of it or from sending it to a third-party service for processing. The text of an imported document is transmitted off your device, as described on the privacy page. You are responsible for holding whatever rights that requires for the material you choose to import. I do not review imported material and cannot assess its licence terms on your behalf.

The honest caveat

This is a young product from one developer, provided as-is. You will find rough edges; I fix them in good faith and in the open. See the changelog. If something's wrong, write to me. Refunds are 14 days, no questions, and the whole policy is on the refunds page.
