Before the founders arrive
Before opening founder seats, the DM this app was built for spent a session tearing the interface apart while I took notes. A lot changed as a result. Three things worth naming:
Post-session capture is now a first-class part of the app. His sharpest point: for an improvising DM, the story gets written at the table — recording what actually happened matters more than planning what might. Back then there was no proper home for that. Now it's one of the two main actions in every campaign: log the session, then approve what gets written back into your campaign's memory.
One search across everything — no subscription required. Mid-game, a player asks "what was that priest's name in the temple?" You now search the whole campaign — people, places, sessions, notes — from one box. It's plain keyword search that works without the AI tier, because a campaign tool should.
The app now speaks DM, not database. He told me he'd never have opened a section called "Plot Hooks" — in D&D that means something else entirely. It's "Campaign Markers" now. "Relationship Graph" became "Connection Map," and "entities" became "creations." Words matter at the table; they matter here too.
Plus a longer tail from the same round: the dashboard reorganized around your world versus this session, a Campaign Context home for the bones of your setting, and dozens of smaller fixes. Next entry when the first founder sessions land.
